Hey, do you know if I can get on a long-distance train what is full and requires taking seats? In other words, if I don't have a seat, can I still get on and be on the ground?

Highly depends on the train but generally not. Either expect a big fine or not getting to the platform if there are ticket barriers.

Which train are you looking at ? Which date ? There are always alternatives and the train might not even be full (Interrail/Eurail websites currently have some bugs...). We'll gladly help if you give more info.

What route, date and time do you want to make a reservation for? Where have you tried to make the reservation?
