My medication needs to be cold. On planes they have fridges and they let passengers keep their meds there but I don't know about trains. The time spent on the trains is too long for my meds, they need refrigeration. Is there any solution? Do all trains have cold places to keep meds?

+16In my experience not possible :/ often only a fridge in the bistro section.
My family had for such cases always a small Coolbox. With plugs and a powerbank as there are on fast trains and more and more regional trains Powersockets are installed 
The powerbank Was as backup if there are non or not working :/
