If you have a Eurail pass and would like to use it: there are 2-3 daily TGVs from Paris to Turin and Milan. They stop in Chambéry which you can reach easily from Lyon. 30€ mandatory reservation on the TGV.

However booking a direct Frecciarossa in advance is likely cheaper than pass day + TGV reservation.

You forgot to mention your travel date.

From April, there will be direct Frecciarossa trains again, but passes aren't valid. Book on trenitalia.com.
