Refund or Extensions due to covid

Due to the ongoing problem of Covid variants, we are still having to postpone our trip.  We purchased first class global Eurail passes Mar 3 2020 just before Covid erupted.  Should we get a refund now, or will there be another extension of the dates for their valid use?

I don't know what options you currently have but the best is probably to contact customer service to ask what's possible.
