Ticket not Generated in app

I have my day's journey setup, but I can't get my ticket generated.

Your journey Tampere-Oulu is not active. What happens if you tap on the grey switch next to it? It show turn yellow.

Could you please post a screenshot of any error message or of where you are stuck?
