Trains in Bavaria affected by flooding

Hi, I’m completely new to travelling via rail in Europe and have a query that I am hoping somebody might be able to answer.  I am still trying to get my head around how the rail service in Germany fits together.

I know there has been severe flooding in Bavaria and many services are affected.

Munich - Nuremberg - Erfurt - Berlin
Karlsruhe - Stuttgart - Ulm - Augsburg - Munich
Stuttgart - Mannheim - Frankfurt(M)
Munich - Lindau - Bregenz - Zurich
Karlsruhe - Stuttgart - Crailsheim - Nuremberg
Augsburg - Kempten(Allgäu) - Oberstdorf

I’m struggling to figure out if a couple of trips I have booked will be affected by this though.

e.g. I am travelling from Cologne to Munich on 16th June, then Munich to Paris on 19th June; if I search for a trains on either of these journeys on those dates, they are all there, you can still book seats - seems to be no mention of any being cancelled or changes made to them.   I am reading that correctly?

Check bahn.com for timetables. General information is here:

Travel Cologne-Munich via Stuttgart, since trains Würzburg-Nürnberg are diverted and some cancelled.

Munich-Paris shouldn't be affected.

Thanks!  Will check the Cologne to Munich trip.
