Hi there,

I’m very worried that when I get to Rome station to catch the train to Venice, I won’t know where to go because I can’t speak Italian. Is there a customer service desk somewhere in the Rome train station? I have both tickets (my pass and a seat reservation). But I’m not sure where to go to ask what platform the train leaves from etc. Can anyone help me. I’m not leaving for a couple of days.

There is a big overhead board, where you can see all the departures and you can also download the Trenitalia app in English to see which platform your train leaves and if there are any delays.

I’m sure there’s a service desk too, even though I don’t remember now exactly where it is.

There are large Departure boards that Display from what platform the trains will be leaving from.

If you have a tight connection you can also take a look at the departure list online but the platform only gets displayed like 10minutes before the train arrives.
