I have an EU rail pass for 15 days 2months(flex). I need to know of it is possible to travel
The routes and with planned travel days below:
I would like to take break with multiple trips to- and -fro with munich as my base , or am i missing something regarding inbound and outbound conditions?

Great. In that case you have no restrictions on travel in Germany. You can do your itinerary as planned 👍

If Germany is your country of residence, you can indeed only use the pass on two days in the country.
For the other trips you'll have to buy tickets or use your Deutschlandticket.
For example Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein easily done by regional train. Then you can start the pass. Similar for Munich-Lindau, although you'll need an ÖBB ticket for the short hop across the border.

I will mention some mandatory reservations/supplements below (see https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm as well). Reservations are a good idea on the remaining routes as they can get busy at popular times. You don't really wish to spend hours standing on a holiday trip! ;)
Berlin - Paris costs 18€. You may use this site https://int.bahn.de/en/buchung/start?KL=2&ET=PASSZUSCHLAG
Paris - Stuttgart/Munich will cost the same.
Innsbruck - Bologna and all RJ/EC trains over the Brenner route require a 10€ supplement in 2nd class (3€ reservation optional but heavily suggested).
Bologna - Venice 13€ for the high-speed train. Free by regional train. Same for other Italian journeys.
