Hi ,

 

unfortunately I lost my device tonight and I installed the app on new device but when I wanted to add the pass on my new device, the massage appears that the code has been installed on device already , kindly help me as I haves only booked train tickets to Paris and I have 4 more tickets left .

Mention that you are traveling right now and when you need the pass again. Bestwise already provide in the Request on the Form your pass Number :) as it helps the Service Staff
