Hello, I'd like to travel from turkey ( istanbul) to mykonos, then to santorini and my question is that from santorini can I go to budapest?

Not easily. You can take a ferry to Athens and then:
- a train to Thessaloniki, a bus to Sofia and further by train to Budapest
- a train to Kiato, a bus to Patras, a ferry to somewhere in Italy and further by train
