Budapest to Bucharest

How can I take this train? It hasn't seats on the öbb website. Should I just ask at the counter in Budapest?

This train cannot be booked online, or only with delivery via the post (don't do that!).

Ask at any ticket office in central Europe that can do international reservations. Should also be possible in e.g. Austria, Switzerland, Germany. I's take at least a couchette. Should be around €13.

Is it only possible to reserve a seat at the ticket office or is there another way?

For a seat the same applies, so only at a ticket office.
