I’ve booked a seat reservation on a 2nd class train from Zurich to Paris de Lyon via eurail. I got the confirmation letter already but there was no specific seat number on it. Why’s that? Didn’t I just make this seat reservation? Thanks!

Do you know if there’s a direct email where I can simply ask eurail questions for ?
