We want to take an interrail trip in the summer but we don't know whether to take a route through the Balkans or take the Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest and Split route. Could you help us?

A lot of the Balkans isn’t covered by rail - you will need to be on buses instead. And where there are trains, you will find that a pass isn’t good value, since tickets are so cheap.

It depends what you want to see?

We are not sure but the balcans looks like a good place to be on the beach and have some fun. But in the other side we would also like to visit some popular cities in Europe. Anyway thanks for your response.

If you are taking the Split route, try to spend a day or two in Ljubljana, Slovenia - Beautiful and lush green capital city and also can visit Bled if time permits.

Our problem is that we are students and we don’t have lot of money so we are not able to visit every place and we are looking for offers to have a cheaper interrail.
Anyway thanks for your reply.
