App not generating QR-code

So frigging frustrated with this app!  We have a seat reservation and Eurail tickets for Barcelona to Paris tomorrow.  My husband was a User Experience specialist for Amazon and we simply cannot generate a QR code for travel!  We had to pay for a ticket from Lisbon to Porto, not use our Eurail pass, and it said one was used though we didn't use it!  We have gone through the process of saving a trip but cannot generate a QR code!  Any advice?  Almost to the point of buying a ticket at the station and getting our money back from Eurail.

Have you activated your pass? ( eg. ID Number) have you created a trip and connected it to the pass? 

Does the connected trip have any Journey?

Yes.  Activated and shows ready to travel. I see that on some saved trips there is a yellow slide bar...  does not appear on our screen.  And yes, our version is over 25

And yes, have followed the steps.

The description sounds like you didn't add a journey to the pass, i.e. didn't tap on the switch in My Trip. See the heading "Add your journey to your Pass”:
