Is the global ticket transferable to another person? I have already bought the ticket but cannot use it and would now give it away to a friend, is that possible?

There is your name on the ticket, and sometime at ticket check they ask for your ID. You could ask costumer service, but they need some time to respond.
Hello, this is not possible unfortunately, but you can request a pass exchange. You, or the other traveler can buy a new pass with their details on it, and get in touch with our customer service team with the old and new order number so that we can refund the old order. Unfortunately you cannot transfer any standing reservations that you may have. You can cancel these via your account and the new traveler can make their own reservations.
