Copy trip from one tltphone to another

I have made a trip on my device, that I want to copy to the device of my friend. I have tried to use  SHARE TRIP AS LINK, and sent the link. When he clicks on the link nothing happens.

Can you help?

Hi Freek, apologies for the late reply. Your topic has been submitted to our Customer Support team and they got back to you via email with the following answer: The link it creates needs to be open on a browser. Then, there will be a button saying "Save this trip" and, if the Railplanner app is installed, it will give the option to add it to the app when you click it. I trust this helps.

I realize that I was not clear with my question.

On my phone I have the trip that I organized AND THE PASS for both me and my friend.

I want to bring the trip and his pass back to the phone of my friend.

Is this possible?

Moving a pass from one phone to another can only be done via customer service.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
