Where can I find detailed invoices for the reservations? Eurostar reservations show no prices. Eurail took money from credit card, but I have no invoice for it.

Never nowhere. In most countries it is even written in the law that railways tickets are exempt from that.
All cr-cds providers will give you access to their accounts.
