Eurail pass not showing when logged in on website

Hi I would like to plan our Europe trip using your website, however my Eurail pass is not showing when logged in on website. I have the app on my phone and ipad but would prefer to work from my laptop.

There is no synchronisation between the app and the website, except for the activation date of the pass.

Planning a trip is best done with reliable planners, which unfortunately does not include the Eurail website or the Rail Planner app. It's best to use the operators’ own websites/app or national planners. For international journeys, bahn.com is a good choice.

Reservations are best not done via Eurail either, for various reasons. This page gives the best overview:

I'm not completely sure iff this is a topic about the same problem

But as I read it, it says that mobile app and website profile are not in tune with each other?

Maybe someone else has the right awnser?
