Hi all,
On the app, I entered a start date of 15 August. I now prefer to start on the 14 August but I don’t see the option to cancel.
On the FAQs, it says - Go to your Pass in My Pass and tap 'Cancel travel day'.
I don’t see that option so I then added a journey on the 14 August (accepted by the app) but the trip first day is still showing 15 August.
I’m also not convinced that my trip as defined is lnked to my pass. Both are showing on the app.
Any advice welcome.
