- QR code: what happens if you go to My Pass and tap on "Show ticket”? Could you post a screenshot? (Wipe out any personal details.)
- A manual entry is when you enter a train manually because you could not find it in the planner.
- The QR code is your ticket. Are you able to show it after all? Or do you mean reservation? In any case, please specify which abbreviations you mean. Or post a screenshot (and wipe out any personal details)
