I cannot activate my mobile pass using my passport number. I need to travel tomorrow.

Hi Michiko, 

 

Let me remind you that sometimes when purchasing the Pass, your passport number is not required. I realize that this response may be too late, but for future reference, you would need to get in touch with customer service and email a photo of your passport so they can manually add it.
