I have tried to book my seat reservations for zuerich to milan on the 17/08/2023 but the interail website wont take my payment. What other website do I use and how do I add my pass onto it? Every other website makes me get a ticket too

For the direct EC : tickets.oebb.at -> add Interrail/Eurail as a discount and select one-way tickets.
Otherwise the journey can be done hourly reservation-free with a swift change in Lugano (not longer) :
- any train to Lugano
- RE Lugano - Milano Centrale
