I could really use your help!
I am leaving tomorrow to fly to Europe. I have been trying to Connect my pass to a trip but I can’t. I have a mobile pass, but when I try to connect a pass, it’s asking for my paper pass info. I don’t have a paper pass.
(I purchased the pass that is good for 4 trips in a month.)
I am trying to book 29 July, at 9am Edinburgh to Paris, among other trips. But they won’t connect.
I was able to book and connect my mobile pass for the first trip I booked. But none since.
What do I do to get it to connect to my mobile pass and not have it ask for the printed pass?
I have reinstalled the app and tried it on different devices.
