I reserved and planned my whole trip on the website, and now when i add my pass to the mobile app it does not bring up the trip it is not an option for me to select on the select a trip part, how do i fix this?

i reserved my seats on the website and now my trip doesn't show on the app

The website and app are totally separate. You will need to add all journeys in the app and connect them to the Trip that you connect to your pass.
Thr advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to use the websites/apps of national railways to plan and not the Interrail/Eurail website or app. Please read more about that in my next reply.
