hi, i have a problem. I bought the pass and activated it in the app, then my phone broke and in this new phone, from which I am writing non, in the app it tells me that I cannot use the ticket I bought because it is already in another device, how can I do?

And mention to customer service when you need to travel, since that is an important factor in determining urgency.
