Hi,I bought my passes at the station. These are paper passes. I want to register them on the website to plan my trip and make my reservations. On my paper passes I have a 12-digit pass number and no letter. And on the website I am asked for a number with a letter and 8 digits. I can't save my passes so I can't plan my trip! How to do ?Thanks a lotSincere friendships,

You're looking for the pass cover number, which is a capital i and 8 digits. You'll find it on the back of your Pass cover, above the QR code.

Please note that you can book reservations in many places, not just on the Interrail website. Interrail adds extra fees to every reservation, so I'd only use it as the last choice. Reservations in/from/to France are best booked via SNCF (ticket office or telesales). For the rest, see this overview per country and this thread with helpful hints.
