I would like to board on this train can someone please tell me I have Eurail Global pass, can I pay extra and reserve seat ? If yes from which website

Hi on most TER trains not possible, just add the train to your trip and hop on the train to look for a free seat. If you like to reserve a seat, get for the same route a TGV high speed train, there you have to reserve a seat.
