I went to book a seat reservation from Vienna to Krakow and it wants me to pay $10 to send a paper copy to my home address which is pointless as I am already in Europe, is there a way I can get it emailed to me instead and avoid paying the $10. I have booked seat reservations in the past and haven’t had this issue 

Yup avoid Eurail seat reservations, too many avoidable extra fees.

Either you can make it online elsewhere or at most train stations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria,... + surely those with international counters. Have a look at :
