Does anyone know if they have a phone number for customer service? I bought my pass yesterday and downloaded the app, however, the app does not allow entering the pass code. The following message appears: something went wrong. please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening. The internet is ok, the name and code is correct and the app version is the latest. It's been 7 hours since I asked for service and they haven't returned. Customer service is bad.
