A few weeks ago I have bought a Mobile Interrail-pass. I have received all confirmation-mails etc. on this.
Via the website I have set-up a trip and booked reservations for trains in France. I also received these tickets via email.
However: in the Rail-planner app I don’t see my trip and the connected tickets/seat-reservations.
It seems to me I need to have these tickets in the app in order to travel.
Can somebody advise me how I can get the trip and tickets in the app?
