HI!

I have bought a Mobile Pass in Sweden and I would like to make some reservations. When I try to register my Mobile Pass-The Pass-cover number and my last name on eurail.com it doesn't accept it. How can I get forward?

I encountered this problem - logged out of the app, logged back in, and tried again. It worked that time.

Det är Interrail.eu som du ska logga in på och inte eurail.com. Dock är det bättre att boka på andra ställen än på Interrail.eu. Jag länkar till det i ett nytt svar.

The advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to use other ways to make reservations than the Interrail/Eurail website. You can look at the guide in the link:

If you, after having looked at the guide, have questions about how to make specific reservation, please give your travel details (departure date, time and route) preferably in a new post, and you will get advice.

I try to book on interrail.eu with Pass cover number but as my number has 7 numbers and 1 letter and the form only accepts 6. Doesn't work! I want to book Kassel Wilhemshöhe-Paris at 07.14 on the 15/7-22. On DB, bahn.de they say seat reservation isn't possible but you can buy a ticket with a reservation.

If you have a mobile pass, you don't get the pass cover number automatically.

The number that interrail.eu asks for should be your pass number, which is sent in your confirmation email. You should also be able to find it in your Interrail account.

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

https://www.sncf.com/en/customer-service/contact-us/telephone

Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail

@seewulf  Is there any other way than calling SNCF to book this train? Apparently there are problems with Nordic credit cards at SNCF.

Would b-europe book Kassel-Paris?

Yes you can call German Rail to reserve this train or contact a DB Ticket agency. and use BahnTix (You get a delivery code) and pick up your reservations at any DB Ticketmachine

B-Europe should be possible aswell as they have a connection to the German booking system
B-Europe have in my experience the most bookings connected somehow :D
Never tried to book TGV/ICE Germany - Paris via them.

They can book them, probably via the SNCF system. NS should also be able to book them and they have a cheaper telephone number.
