HiWe have bought German Rail Twin Pass 4 Consecutive Days. On the online ticket, there is only one passenger passport number showing, but we put two names in there, it’s showing two names. Two of us will travel together, is it okay to use this ticket as it is?The purchasing process is a bit ambiguous when filling the information.We have already contacted Bahn firstname.lastname@example.org but they replied to let us ask a question on https://www.facebook.com/interrail instead. Toledo: I want to go to Toledo on Sep 7. I have been checking train schedules from Madrid to Toledo on the Rail Planner app; somehow the train schedule is only shown through Sep 3, but when I checked on the Eurail.com website, I could see train schedules all the way through the end of September. The problem is that I cannot reserve train ride on the website. What do I do? Train Seat Reservations: The Rail Planner app allows me to reserve train rides, but not train seat tickets. It seems the only option is to book at major train stations when I arrive in Madrid on Sep 3. I hope I will still be able to reserve seat tickets by then since I have already reserved a number of train rides on the app? I have purchased first-class Eurail Spain Pass. Any advice/tips are much appreciated! Thank you!
I have now decided that I’m never buying Interrail ticket again. Terms and conditions of how the app itself work are not communicated clearly for people traveling for the first time, like me.It has never been mentioned to me and I have never been aware the Global pass functions on a principle that includes only 1 outbound and 1 inbound journey.That means all trips you make and travel days that are connected need to be connected with each other in order for you to use it. I have been the whole time in understanding that the 4 trips in 1 month mean that I can travel where I want 2 times (from my home country and back to it and that all 2 times). Apparently Interrail doesn’t function like that.I wanted to organize a trip to Paris from Berlin now, but the system refused to issue me the ticket with a warning: “No outbound/inbound journeys left”.My questions are the following:What do I now do with my Interrail Global pass, I have 2 days left? Are they now wasted and not usable?! What did I b
I bought a ticket for seat reservation with my old mobile pass number, and then my agent cancelled my old mobile pass without my order of cancellation. Then I bought a new mobile pass again with the same name and my all information but a different pass number due to new purchasing. So I wonder if I can still use the seat reservation ticket with my new mobile pass.
Myself, wife and kiddo are going to Paris, Switzerland and Belgium for a total of 8 days. Train from Paris to bern is about 500 total which seems about same price as a rail card for “4 days in a month.” I don’t understand what that even means. What do y’all recommend getting? Rail card or just booking as we go?
This is seemingly such a ridiculous question but for whatever reason, I can not get a call through to scnf to make a seat reservation. I have a SIM card and my calls in portugal have gone through no problem. Does anyone have any advice for me? Is this used error or is it impossible to reach them?
I booked several seat reservations weeks ago and they all showed up in the reservation overview, I also checked two days ago and they were there. However, today they aren’t there anymore. Has someone experienced something similar? Is this a technical bug? I am really worriedFor information: I tried using a different browser, my phone etc. and it still doesn’t show up. One train I made a reservation for got cancelled, could that be the issue?
Hello ,I will be having a EurailPass and Venice to Stuttgart would be my last leg of the journey.I am planning to travel from Venice to Stuttgart in the following connections.NJ40236 Venice Santa Lucia(21:48) -München( 06:29) and then from München to Stuttgart.Now I understand that I have to take a separate ticket from München to Stuttgart.Can I do the following instead ? Buy a separate train ticket in NJ40236 Venice Santa Lucia(21:48) - Tarvisio Boscoverde (00:35)Buy a seat reservation in NJ40236 Venice Santa Lucia(21:48) -München( 06:29) .Now use the Pass to travel from München to Stuttgart ? The reason why I am doing this is train cost between Venice to Travisio Boscoverde is only 25 euros.I can catch any train from munich to stuttgart and not worry about delays in night jet.
I will be travelling with another person (but not for a few months). I want to add that person to my trip on the app, but their pass isn’t added to the app because we don’t always want to travel together. But I can’t work out how to do it - the only person I can add to my trip on the app is me. I know it can be done quite easily on the website at interrail.eu, but how to do it on the app?Also I set up a test trip on the website (and added me and my fellow traveller) but it didn’t show up on the app, so they don’t seem to coordinate.
Hello!I am going to take the train from copenhagen to Barcelona to a conference, as part of this route, I had a sleeping compartment in a couchette from Hamburg to Basel Sbb. however, Öbb have not been able to secure enough couchette cars, so instead of a couchette I am offered a seat for the journey, and a partial refund. I think this is going to be a bit of a problem for me, since I am not sure I will be able to sleep in a seating carriage. any ideas what I can do instead? I have already booked the entire journey to Barcelona and back, and I dont think I can refund the travel and take the plane. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, some stations or even ferry connections are not displayed.Question 1: In this case, do I use the manual travel input in the app?Question 2: My ticket is then valid for the manually entered trip? What happens if I need reservations for the connection?Question 3: Where can I find information about which ferries I can use with my ticket? E.g. Hi everybody;Yesterday my phone broke apart and I had to buy a new one. Reading here on the community I've found that in order to use my pass on another device the Eurail team has to deactivate it from my other phone:At the moment I'm travelling, I'm on a bus and I have to catch a train where I booked a seat at 12:40, I desperately need my pass for that time. I've filed since yesterday to this morning 3 help request, two via the app and one via the website. I hope to have everything in order for that time or I'm going to be in big troubles! I planned my journey today from Barcelona to my country, the Netherlands. I got the option if I was certain if I wanted to use my last inbound journey, which I agreed to.After the first train, I got stuck which meant I couldn't take the original train over the border to the Netherlands anymore. I had to book a different route, but now I can't activate my journey since it says I have no travels left.I tried to delete the original journey, but this had no effect. Has others had this, and what do I do if they check my interrail ticket?
I want to travel from Paris to Ljubljana, and this requires a change at Zuerich HB. The transfer time is only 15 minutes, and this worries me because I have not been to the station before and do not know how often the TGB Duplex Lyria experiences delays. I am worried also because the connecting train is a night train (Euro Night), so it feels important to arrive on it promptly.If you have been to Zuerich HB before, do you think 15 minutes would be long enough to transfer? If you have been on the TGV Duplex Lyria before, do you think it likely for this train to arrive to Zuerich HB later than scheduled?Alternatively, I could reserve seats to get to Zuerich HB 4 hours earlier, and explore near the station if there are any attractions nearby.Thanks in advance!14 minutes to change trains in Zuerich HB station
I have purchased 2 Global paper pass, and am still awaiting delivery in the United States. Apparently the shipment is still in U.S. Customs and has been there for nearly 2 weeks. I am still a couple of months from traveling but just trying to my due diligence in case this pass doesnt show up. I did a search on this site, and it appears several people have had major delays in recieving the paper passes due to issues with U.S. Customs/Post Office.When I recieved confirmation of the purchase of my Global paper pass I recieved pass cover numbers so I could go ahead and reserve seats. I have done that. Used the Belgian Rail site and purchased a reservation on Eurostar from London to Paris, and on the TGV from Paris to Colmar, Fr, I have printed hard copies of the reservations.If my paper passes do not arrive in time, I may be forced to purchase a Mobile Pass, and then try and process a refund for the paper passes I have not recieved. If I end up purchasing a Mobile Pass, can I use tho
I purchased a pass on April 2021, and due to Covid I delayed the trip (Interrail extended the validity until August 2022). Now, August 22, I logged in the app to see how I plan my trip, and I cannot add my pass. How can I solve this? I have also tried through the website, but the pass appears to be expired. Need help urgently, I planned to leave on August 28. Thank you.I've also written customer support and talked to the bot. It is a mobile interrail global pass.
