Hello, My girlfriend and I bought 2 passes to travel around.We would travel tomorrow. 28.7 at 9 p.mI got to add my pass to my phone. She tried and got the error “Something went wrong”.After many tries. I tried it on my phone where I previously added my pass. I also get the Same error.Name and Passnumber are right. App is up to date and I have an Android 13.Gregorian Calendar is also active.My Device-Id is CA245F06
Moin,ich hatte meine Rückfahrt am Samstag geplant gehabt und hatte schon eine gute Route. Ich wollte dann etwas in der DB anschauen und es fiel mir auf das dieser IC 60470 ein Nachtzug ist. Ich hatte die Route extra genommen gehabt weil ich keine Sitzplatzreservierungen unternehmen möchte. Ist das notwendig für den NJ jetzt noch eine Reservierung zu buchen oder kann ich auch ohne einsteigen? (Ich kann zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt keine mehr buchen) LG
We planned to travel from Amsterdam to Brussels by IC on Sunday 03/09/23 with a brief stopover at Anrtwerp.1. We can stop at Brussel Central Station. Is that right?We can stop at any station along the journey as long as the journey is completed within a day? Eurail Rail Planner shows ‘supplement needed’ but Seat 61 mentioned that that is not the case. I understand that no other fees(reservation, supplementary or any others) for the journey. Just get on the train and go. Is that right? So I just add the journey on Rail Planner and ignore everything else. Is that right?Is there any station on the way for a stopover at Atomium?
Hi everyone, I plan on going to France in August with the pass France-Germany. For travels inside Germany, I do not have to pay anything, but do I have to book a seat? If I do not book a seat, does it mean that I can get on the train for sure? If I want to go to France on the 12th of August and come back on the 3rd of September, can I still book the tickets and seats right away? Thanks for your help, Best,
Hello. I’m going to travel in Europe next month, but my friend can’t activate Eurail pass. There are 3 steps to activate it.But third step, when she chooses the date to start our trip (10/08/2023), it says that “This date is in the past. Please choose a date in the future to start your trip.” We already contacted customer center but the answer wasn’t precise. If anyone knows about it please kindly help us.Thank you.

So trying to be chilled about all this but the day before we depart I still can’t add in some trains that I know are running and have reservations on but can’t add them into the app. 22:17 on 30/7/23 from Cologne to Munich - exists on Nighjet site and bahn.de I have a reservation.21:27 on 4/8/23 from Vienna to Venice - exists on Nighjet site and bahn.de, I have a reservation.The sleeper trains were fine in the app last year and actually our 3rd sleeper has been on there for months, do I just add it manually and get back to the packing?Cheers

I’m trying to book two journeys for September for 5 people:Depart Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor: 19:38Arrive Lesce Bled Station:22:47And on a separate day:Depart Lesce Bled: 22:49Layover: Villach Hbf 23:48 (1hr 46mins)Arrive Genova Piazza Principe: 09:08Both journeys say seat reservation required but then they won't let me book so basically I can’t book the journeys. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so do they have any advice?Thank you

We wanted to book a night-train between Budapest and Bucharest and we don't know how to connect the pass Interrail on the Hungarese train website.When we choose the trip on the Interrail App, it's 5€ but on the Hungarese website, we see we have to pay 60€ ... Hello! Some disclaimers before I ask the questions:first time traveler to europe purchased a 4 day 1st class Global pass. Used two days already by purchasing seat/reservation on ÖBB after selecting the inter rail/Eurail pass to the “discounts” section plan to use the 3rd day on 30th or 31st July for a round trip from Bern to Jungfraugoch, but very confused if/how to go about it. traveling with family (and older people) so want to make sure I have reservations. In case things get crowded, at least the young and the old won’t be stressing about seating. trying to book the tickets via the SBB app. So my questions are:1. What I haven’t figured out is how to “add/apply” my Eurail Global pass to my SBB profile. The only options I see are the Swiss Pass, Half-fare card or the GA travel card. Should I just select the GA travel card? Or is there any other way to select the Global pass?2. I had read somewhere that the Global pass gives 25% discounts on the Interlaken to Jungfraugoch part of th
Hi there,I traveled the NJ295 from Munich to Ancona, departure date 24 July. It was delayed by (OOPS ANOTHER EDIT -)135 minutes (!!). I am now trying to file for compensation, but I cannot find the train anywhere on log websites. The problem is (maybe?) that this train usually travels to Rome, so the systems have maybe not been adapted to this. Does Interrail have train log files that they will consult or is proof all on me? I stupidly forgot to take pictures of the situation (can't remember the exact time of arrival as I was in a hurry getting off with two kids..)Also, when filling out the file, does departure date count on the form or arrival date (which suffered the delay)? Edit: I was looking for compensation for my seat reservationon the ÖBB site - it reports the train without any delay! Oh no!! How can that happen??Thanks!!
Hi Friends, My family and I are traveling to Zurich soon and we were hoping to visit Lake Como in Italy. Which train/s do we need to take in order to do that (Zurich to Lake Como). We have purchased the Eurail Pass to use in Switzerland and was wondering if that will give us the access to get to the Lake. Please leave any comments/advice you have to help us sort this trip out. Hi I have booked and reserved seats from Florence to Interlaken west with a train change from Milano P garibaldi to then Milano Centrale to Spiez then Spiez to Interlaken west. tickets have been sent to me for all except Spiez to Interlaken west. I have no ticket. I’d this right ? Is the ticket to Spiez valid through?or do I have to pay for this once I arrive?the app shows me all the way through on my Trip with ticket activated.

Seat reservations are not included in your Eurail or Interrail Pass, but for a fee they guarantee you a comfy seat on busy routes across Europe. Hello everyone,Is it possible to travel on the weekends only? I have a global-interrail pass (1 month) but can only travel on the weekends. So could I technically not use my interrail pass (and the Deutschlandticket instead) to travel to the borders, and just say that I start from the neighbouring country? Or is any way of returning (even if its not saved in my pass) to my COR violating the terms of the pass? Or maybe I just pretend to stay at border station (outside of COR) and then “continue” my travel later, within the 1-month period?Thank you!!Anil
I accidentally wrote the wrong birth place for the reservation of a train of Trentitalia. But the birth place is not printed on the train ticket. So does it matter or should I get in contact with them to correct the given data?Thank you a lot!

Hello! I'm planning to travel Hamburg (*edit Hamburg, not Munich!) to Copenhagen with train IC390 (usually a direct train between Hamburg and CPH). Due to construction work on the Danish railway there is a change to a replacement bus and then a change to a regional train.IC390 from Hamburg to FredericiaReplacement bus from Fredericia to SlagelseIC60408 From Slagelse to CopenhagenThe train departures from Hamburg at 23:56 so the changes will be the day after. Will these changes count for an extra travel day or could I add the whole trip manually and only use one travel day?
I’ve purchased a first class pass and am trying to book a seat reservation from Barcelona-Sants to Alicante Termino on 17/08/23 at 10:15am, but the aural website is only showing 2nd class reservations available. Does this mean first class is sold out?Can I used my first class pass with a second class reservation?Thanks!
Hi,On my first travel day I have several journeys in my trip as I am taking 2 trains in the UK to get to London before boarding the Eurostar, then a final journey from Paris to Strasbourg (all on the same day). Do I need just 1 QR code for all those journeys and therefore I add those journeys to my pass at the same time, or is it ok to add them individually & presumably do I then get a QR code for each journey?Thanks
