"Please try to find an alternate connection. The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart." But, as far as I know, there is no other way to purchase these seat reservations. Sncf-connect.com does not provide an option to purchase a seat reservation; only a ticket.I've already purchased seat reservations for the legs of our journey before and after the trains shown above (from London before and after Paris to Munich). Interrail site is the most frustrating site I have ever come across. totally unfriendly site to use. Nothing works properly,. so difficult to leave a message as every time I TRY IT SENDS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION WHICH SOMEONE HAS POSTED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NO USE. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT SO HERE GOES. I really want to speak to real person but it seems to be impossible with Interrail - I hope their tickets work better, but judging from the reviews I have had, everyone is having issues. I have two question. First. Why on earth does Interrail not have a telephone system where you can call and get help? I have been trying since March to get help. Left message in the enquiry form. Have left message in Messenger which just goes to a Bot who cannot help. Have left a note to be called back, no one does. Its really disgraceful . Its put me of using Interail . Hello, I am trying to reserve 4 train tickets for the TGV 9702 TGV INOUI from Barcelona-Sants to Paris Gare de Lyon on the 2. of August at 10:00 am. I think these reservations are only available as paper tickets.If I try to make the reservation on the eurrail/interrail website it tells me that the amount of available seats is unknown. How can I reserve seats, if the website doesn't know how many seats there are?Also I read on a different page that reservations for Spain can only be done at train stations, so how is it possible to do one on the website? I am very confused and would be grateful for some help.
Me and my friends were planning a trip to france(30th, July).We have the Global Interail pass and the only thing we need is a reseration on the TGV.The problem is that every train during the 28th and 30th July, has this:“Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”We also went to a side “https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv”, but when we tried booking and entering our pass number, which was an option, it said“You have entered an invalid passholder number”. Hi, I would like to visit Spain and Portugal and see on the website that there is a suggested tour of this (Iberian Adventure). However, I can't find any train rides between these cities of this suggested trip (in the train planner). As indicated, you can travel between Madrid and Vigo, but I can't find any train journeys in the planner….In addition, I can't find any train times between Madrid and Santiago de Compostela, even though this is indicated on your railway map. Furthermore, there are no journeys between Madrid and Lisbon, which is also indicated in the railway map. How can I travel within Spain and Portugal?
The train TGV 9570 from Germany to France on 28th December 6:52PM says cannot reserve on the Interrail seat reservation online system. Can I find reservations at the counter? Or does it mean that the reservations are not available for pass holders even if I get it done offline through a manned sales of DB? Also is there any other way? As I really need to reserve it and travel
Are there others who have trouble booking seat reservations for your Interrail trip during the summer holidays? I will travel in mid-July. I have never had any problems booking seat reservations with Interrail in the past, which I have tried several times. The Website and the App just stand and search without any result. I have problems both in the Railplanner App and on the website www.interrail.eu I am trying to book seat reservations between Bologna and Munich /day time. My itenary is Copenhagen- Basel-Zurich-Chur-Tirano-Montorosso-Bologna-Munchen-Salzburg-Copenhagen. However, it only says in the App that it is Bologna-Munich that requires a seat reservation. But is it not also a good idea to book a seat reservation on the Copenhagen-Basel and Salzburg-Copenhagen routes? I am eager to receive some good advice.
Hi, I’ve seen on the website eurail.com that Estonia and its railways Elron should be covered in the Global Pass. My plans hae changed a bit and I’m currently in Estonia but I’m unable to find any of the Estonian towns in the official Eurail timerables and thus can’t “purchase” any ticket. What can I do? My Pass will be valid from tomorrow. Has anything changed and Estonia isn’t part of Eurail anymore? Thanks
Hi there,We have travelled in Spain by train / AVE lots of times before (especially between 2014 and 2017) and we always made our reservations via a Dutch company specialized in international train travel, called Treinreiswinkel.nl. In the past, they were very customer friendly, but now (having changed to Treinreiswinkel / Happyrail) it’s quite the opposite…In fact they promised to make our reservations as always (5 in total, so no huge number), but as soon as we bought our Interrail passes from them, they simply said ‘thank you very much’ and left us in the cold time after time, simply refusing to help us any further. So now, months later and with our planned trip approaching quickly (mid august), we still have NO reservations whatsoever…So we would really like to make our own reservations online at Renfe.com, but even that seems impossible… It’s 2022, so this can’t be right, can it?? Are we overlooking something? Or is it really impossible to make RENFE / AVE reservations for Inter
We have global pass and cannot seem to reserve any trains from Amsterdam to Berlin - always shows the error one leg is not available whether its a connection or the direct train, it can’t be reserved. It takes me all the way to payment and then suddenly the error appears. We have mobile passes, I tried booking on b-europe and it says we need some pass cover number which is only a paper ticket.Same issue when trying to book from Prague to Salzburg, one leg cannot be booked, other can. Tried to go on m.cd’s website and it says “The booking period for this reservation has not yet begun or has already expired.”Can someone please help? Its so difficult to make multiple reservation with constant error messages.

Hi there!I'm planning to go on a trip through Germany in a couple of weeks. It’ll be my first time using Interrail, so I want to ask about a few things to ensure that my trips goes as smooth as possible. ;)So I'm going to assume that I'll be traveling with a Mobile Ticket (though the paper version probably isn't that much different in this case). As how I understand it, I need to fill in the trainstation where I'm departing from and the destination I'll be travelling to. The app will generate a code/ticket which I can show to a ticket inspector (this also works without internet, right?). Please correct me if I'm wrong!Now my main question: may I leave a train earlier than I wrote down in the app? Example: I'm in Hamburg and want to take a train to Kassel, so that's what I'll write down in the app. However, halfway on my journey I change my mind and want to stop at Hannover (where that same train makes a stop too). Will I be able to change my destination from Kassel to Hannover afterwar
I want to pay in CAD or EUR but the website is only in USD when I go to make a reservation on my phone. Can anyone help me with changing the currency from USD? There is the option on desktop version but I do not have a computer accessible as I am travelling, and the desktop view does not display on my phone.
We are planning to get an interrail pass in June for 2 adults and two kids/ youths. One of the kids 12th birthday is 2 weeks before we plan to leave.We would be buying a 15days in 2 months pass for 2 adukts and 2 youths I have found that if we got 2 month continuous unlimited passes before the kids 12 th birthday it would be a similar price as that ticket would be free. We would have to activate it by taking a trip in our own country and then wait the two weeks before using it from first country we arrive in.Is this ok to do?Or do we need to leave the country as soon as we use the outbound?Obviously we would have to pay our outbound again ourselves.
Reserving sleeper cars: Is there anyway to ensure that we are booked in a sleeper car on these overnight trains, and not just in regular seats?
I have purchased global rail passes for myself and my family for a Europe trip In July/august. I have run into a question about reservations. There are several nights that we would like to use the sleeper trains. I can see that we can reserve these through yours website service. I also know from making my other reservation that seats will be selected for me, but Is there anyway to ensure that we are booked in a sleeper car on these overnight trains, and not just in regular seats. It appears that both seating types are available on this train.
Like the title says. My partner and I purchased two two-month passes a couple weeks ago in anticipation for our upcoming trip of Western Europe and I can say, without a doubt, that the user experience of this website/service has been incredibly poor, confusing, unhelpful, and unnecessarily stressful. There are a multitude of reasons why so I’m going to list them out numerically.Consistent missing data - Whenever we first wanted to make reservations/plan out our trip, the entire country of Ireland and the majority of the UK stations were missing from the search bar. They simply would not appear. We kept scrambling around to figure out what to do and if we misread the locations served. We eventually went on the Irishrail website and placed a reservation just in case. A couple of days later both Ireland and a handful of different UK stations were functioning again on the app/website. It worked out either way because we wanted to place a reservation leaving the Dublin Station anyway and it
HI Everyone, Due to my studies I have to commute from Mannheim to Freiburg quite often in the next months. I had a look at the test version of the Bahncard 100 but its too expensive. My question is if I could techically use the 2-3 months Global pass for commuting between Mannheim and Freiburg? So, I am traveling from Stuttgart to Barcelona on the 31st of January. Here are the trains I use. For the first two, I already made the reservations online. But the last one (Lyon-Barcelona) I can only book as a paper reservation, but It won't arrive until the 31st.I already went to the traveling agency of Deutsche Bahn, but they told me to book this train online.What can I do here?Can I buy a reservation at the train station in Lyon, on the day of departure?Or how I can get into contact with renfe or sncf for this case?Thank you in advance :)

But why the reservation told me that seat availability is unknown?Does that mean it is uncertain whether I can get a seat or not?Or does it mean my seat place is undecided? Then when can I know my seat number?Whatever it is, can I make a reservation? I really have to book a ticket. 2. Make sure you are online and try again.”I am online, the pass has not expired and is not added to another device. I’ve retried several times but it’s not working. I’m travelling morning 27th of October so I need help soon. I’ve been in contact with the TRAIN-E and through that “human agents” by email, but they might not answer within 7 business days - that’s why I’m writing here. Can anybody help me?
I added a journey to our mobile pass from Paris to Bayeau and return in September (14/16). The system says I need a seat reservation. However, it will not allow be to make a seat reservation.How do I make a seat reservation? I would like to do it before I travel rather than waiting until Wearrive in Paris.(I made seat reservations before but there seems to be a problem now.) jim
