Cannot Reserve Seats from Amsterdam to Berlin with Global/Interrail Pass
We have global pass and cannot seem to reserve any trains from Amsterdam to Berlin - always shows the error one leg is not available whether its a connection or the direct train, it can’t be reserved. It takes me all the way to payment and then suddenly the error appears. We have mobile passes, I tried booking on b-europe and it says we need some pass cover number which is only a paper ticket.Same issue when trying to book from Prague to Salzburg, one leg cannot be booked, other can. Tried to go on m.cd’s website and it says “The booking period for this reservation has not yet begun or has already expired.”Can someone please help? Its so difficult to make multiple reservation with constant error messages.
Train station counter, B-europe and Interrail.eu all do not work for Interrail reservations...
Hello,I need to book a reservation for the night train Paris->Latour de Carol on Saturday (and for a Spanish train on Sunday). At a DB counter, they told me that they cannot book domestic train reservations abroad anymore. On the SNCF website, it is not possible to book Interrail reservations any longer. B-europe does not show the train. And I cannot even access the Interrail.eu reservation tool: It says "Using the timetable below, you can make reservations for most European trains", but there is no timetable on the page at all. Does anyone know how I can book the reservation?

Hello, I never received my paper passes following an order on the Interrail site. The pass is for 22 days. The delivery man did not find my address, so the passes are returned to the Netherlands at interrail. However after 4 or even 5 contacts with interrail, no return of their pass, no response. This worries me because my holidays are coming, that I would like to organize my trip and that I have committed a large sum of money. What should be done in this case? Tanks you for your help, Lea
Can I use Global pass for Germany S-Bahn and FEX aiport Express?
Hi everyone,recently I bought a Eurail Global pass and my main destination will be Germany but also will spend 3 days in Switzerland. Anyway, I heard some people say the Eurail Pass also includes most of the S-Bahn, and I want to know if it is true ?Also, since I will be landed at Brandenburg Airport and there is a FEX Aiport Express links to the city center, I wonder if that is also includes in the Global pass?Thanks! 🙏
TGV Prices unavailable
Me and my friends were planning a trip to france(30th, July).We have the Global Interail pass and the only thing we need is a reseration on the TGV.The problem is that every train during the 28th and 30th July, has this:“Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”We also went to a side “https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv”, but when we tried booking and entering our pass number, which was an option, it said“You have entered an invalid passholder number”. Our pass numbers are right! What can we do to get a seat reservation? lg Tom
HalloMein Name ist Rampi, Ich reise nächsten April 2023 mit dem Interrail Global Pass 3 Tage nach Paris 4 Tage London 4 Tage Brüssel und 4 Tage München start ist in Basel. Ich habe versucht gestern bei der SBB nur einen Sitzplatz zu reservieren für den Eurostar von Paris nach London am 17.4.2023 und die Strecke London-Brüssel am 21.4 aber er hatte kein Suchergebnis das gleiche auch auf der Interrail Webseite . Meine FrageIst es weil der Fahrplan von Eurostar noch nicht draussen ist oder weil alles schon ausgebucht ist obwohl erst 6 Monate vor Reise gebucht werden kann das alles ausgebucht ist nur Sitzplaätze?| Könnt ihr mir Links geben wo ich nur Sitzplätze reservieren kann bsp bei Eurostar direkt?Kann man bei Eurostar auswählen ob man 2eir Plätze oder 4 Plätze möchte ? Geht das auch am Schalter von SBB Sncf ?Ich hoffe jemand kann mir eine Antwort geben
How do I remove journey from My Trip?
My husband and I have 3 month global passes (on app)which we’ll activate in September. I’ve been planning journeys and adding them to My Trip. I haven’t added them to the pass as I gather it’s best to do that on the day, for flexibility. However I’ve changed some of our planned itinerary and want to delete some journeys from My Trip. Cannot see how to do this. Can anyone advise? Thanks
Seat reservations for a group
Good evening! This is my current issue: 5 friends of mine and I have booked our Interrail passes within 3 different orders. Now we're having difficulties at booking for our train seats. We've already duplicated the trip in order to join and book altogether but when it comes to the actual booking action (selecting the trains for 6 people ect) it claims to be unavailable. When I book for me and other 3 friends (we've bought our Interrail passes within the same order) it is possible to do that. How can we solve it?
The date of birth on my pass is incorrect, what should I do?
I start travelling next week and the date of birth on my pass is incorrect. My friend ordered two passes one for me and one for him, but the date of birth on my pass is incorrectly the same as his. I have contacted customer support but need answers quickly, should I try refund the pass and get a new one? This depends how quick passes are refunded. Or how can I change the date of birth? This is URGENT!
NEED HELP with Global Pass use and Mobile App
Hello, I am completely new to Eurail.com, traveling on train through Europe and even more the the Mobile App Rail Planner. I am traveling with my wife and daughter from December 26th to January 06th (London - Paris - Chamonix - Milan - Venice - Florence), and I got the 7 days Global Pass through the website. I have been buying the different tickets for each route, so I already got them and even printed each of them. I see there is the Mobile App, which I already downloaded, and I have my account active. I saw today that our Passes are not yet Active. So, I proceeded and I activated mine, but then I do not see any of the tickets (for the Seat Reservations) that I have bought in the Mobile App, and I cannot find a way to add them there. I need to validate if I have to (must) use the Mobile App, or if I could just take my printed at home tickets (which have the barcode) and use those to board the trains? Reservations Spain and Portugal at train station
Hi all,We would like to use your help. In three weeks we will go to Spain and Portugal by Interrail. Now I read that the reservations cannot be made online or via the reservation system. If this is correct, there are a number of options left. One of these is reserving tickets at the train stations. Now I have a few questions about that:1. When we arrive in Madrid, can I immediately book the tickets there for our train journeys to Malaga and Seville?2. When we arrive in Faro, can I immediately book the tickets there for our train journeys to Lisbon and Porto?3. What are the costs for these reservations? Is this extra compared to the Interrail pass? If so, how much?We would be very helpful if you could help us with these questions. We are very curious so would like to hear from you!
TGV seat reservations
Hey guysI have some problems booking a seat reservation on the TGV:From Nice to St Raphael (April/19th) From Nimes to Barcelona (April/22nd)I do have an Interrail Online Pass (5 days per month). The Interrail app says “book at major train stations”. Is there no opportunity to book a TGV seat reservation in advance?Thank you so much!
Problems booking train seat from France to Barcelona
Hi, I have been trying to book 4 tickets from Paris (Gare de Lyon) to Barcelona-Sants on the 23rd of December (at 10:14 am). Every time I try to checkout to pay, the website tells me that there is an error and that I have to find other options. I tried to book in every train on the same day and on the next day, but still the error message appears. Is there any other way to book those seats?
1 month pass, is it valid for 30 days in a row or a calendar month monly?
Suppose, if I buy a “one month Global pass” which I first use on May 23rd, 2022, thenIs it valid for 30 days in a row from the day I activate it?orIt just consider a calendar month and my pass will expire on “May 31” which is the last date of that calendar month?Extremely sorry in case you feel like telling this over and over again.
Hi,I have a Interrail GlobalPass and am currently in Austria. I would like to book the Budapest-Bucharest night journey but on the Hungarian site, despite the addition of the pass, the fares are much higher than expected, perhaps they contain the seat + the ticket and I can't find a way to separate them. On the Romanian site, it is impossible to put a form of discount/pass in the entry data. Finally, on the OBB site, the ticket is indicated as not available. Do I have to wait until I'm at the station to take these tickets? I also want to book the Bucharest-Sofia but on neither site is it possible to select these departure and arrival points. How should I do ? Finally, on the Sofia Istanbul, I guess it is only possible to pick it up at the station. Is it possible to still get a seat by booking at the last minute ? Thank you in advance,

Hello community, just one question. Is it possible to board a train that requires a seat reservation even without a reservation? The latter secures a seat or bed, but I would be fine with standing. is it possible to even just stand on the train, or do they really not let me on if I haven't made a reservation? Thank you!
Interrail mobile pass not linked to online account - can't sync activated pass on app to online account
I have bought an inter rail mobile pass. The pass is not showing up anywhere on my online inter rail account in the “order overview section” - and not showing up anywhere else, and therefore I cannot see if it has been activated. How do I get it to show up? However, my pass is activated on my inter rail APPI have manually created a Trip on my ONLINE inter rail account, and manually added my pass details. I have added friends to this Trip. They have done the same, but none of us can see that we have been added to each others’ Trips. We need to make train reservations. If I make a reservation Online for all of us on my Trip, does that show up for their Trips as we are linked?When I board the train, what details to I show? Is this on the App? How do I link / synch the Online account and details about the Trip to the App?.I leave early next week and need this sorted out ASAP. Any help appreciated @AnnaB do you have any ideas thanks
Cannot reserve seats on trains Scandinavia
I have a question regarding seat reservations. I am planning to travel from 26-06 untill 07-07 through Scandinavia. For this I bought the interrail global pass. Now I wanted to look to make seat reservations for the trains, but there is not possibility to reserve any seats on the tracks I want. They all show an exclamation mark on the site and when I look on the other site, like for example for Sweden, it says 'not available'.I looked for seats on the track Stockholm to Kopenhagen (29-06), Copenhagen to Gothenburg (02-07) and Gothenburg to Oslo (04-07). I thought everything would be fine as I looked up train times before buying the pass, but now I cannot reserve seats so that would mean I got the pass and booked flights for nothing. Or is this because it is still so far away and will there be seats available later? I would like to know more about this. I hope someone can help me and inform me about this. Thanks in advance.
My trip to Venice: seat reservation. Unclear if it is required and it doe not show up in the App.
Dear Intervall team,I have a question concerning my trip to Venice. I will take the train the 14th of April from Berlin to Venice. Departure time from Berlin is 7:37h. Arrival time is 23h50 in St. Lucia (Venice). The Interrail homepage says that I have to book reservations for this trip. I called the Deutsche Bahn and asked them. They informed me that for none of these trains a reservation is actually necessary, but optional. I would be greatful if you could answer me regarding this matter, as the trip moves closer.Also, unfortunately the trip does not appear in the Application. So I ask myself how am I supposed to add this trip when its not in the App? (I have a mobile pass). In general, the planning with your homepage is really complicated as the informations concerning the trips are often not correct. Up to date information is only on the homepage of the deutsche bahn. Unfortunately, as a customer it is also not possible to talk to someone of your team via phone in a more direct way
