Hello I just bought my first interrrail ticket and want to book a tgv from Brussels to Marseille. According to the interrrail platform it was indicated that the TGV line should be taken for this route but that additional fees will be charged for booking a place. Ok. But no way to book the tickets or get information from scnf (I called there for more than an hour to get the specialist that does not know about it and tells me to go onside to a French station to ask the question... Well I do not live in France) or sncb (the indicated phone number to ask the question for international transport is not working...) if I buy FOR SURE the tickets on Day of departure at the trainstation…So here is my question : did someone else experience this and how did you solve the issue?Because if I have to pay a separate ticket for a tgv then I have been confused by the interrrail plateform and I cannot use my Global Pass...
I am not able to book a reservation for this journey (screenshot attached). The website for reservations looks slightly different from what it was a few days ago. Is there a problem with the website that will be fixed soon? My journey is coming up and I need a reservation. I’m travelling from Italy to Germany on a OBB Nightjet train. Is there another way to book the reservation? Reservations are not available on the OBB website even when Eurail website shows ‘high availability of seats’
I bought an interrail global pass to travel. For some parts of my trip I need seat reservations.However I get faced with an error that blocks me from reserving my seat.It is specific for the train from Montpellier Saint-Roch to Brussels on September 18th, departure at 2:52 PM. When I try to add the seat reservation to the cart this error pops up: “WE CAN NOT MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. The train you found in the timetable has changed recently. Please choose another connection.”I’ve been trying to wait to see if it got solved over time. However it’s know the third day and it’s not solved
Hello, We are Yuremi and Carlos from Mexico. As second Honeymoon and celebrating 20 years of marriage we decide to travel to Europe. Since we got married we haven’t done a big trip like this. So it is our first time in Europe and our first time trying to travel by train. But, but, but we are having sone trouble getting reservations, hopefully we can solve them in this community. We bought 2 Eurail Global Pass flexi pass 4 days within 1 month, we download the mobile app Rail Planner, we figure out our schedule using the planner and saving our decisions at my trip, after we setup our passes at my pass and we connect our passes with our trip. Until this point everything looks just lovely, But but but… When we review the tickets an orange text target saying “Seat reservations required” here starts Our calvario. First Only at this point I figure out I have to pay more and I don’t get why, also we figure out that no help is provided just a robot who is very annoying until we arrive here but
Hello I am travelling to Europe for month and a half in april. I wanted to buy the Global pass of 2 months. The thing is that in my trip I go to Greece and I saw that there is a 6 day Greek Island pass too that give a free ticket from italy to greece and another from greece to italy and discounts on the greek islands. If I buy the global pass, it also includes the benefits of the greek islands one?
Hi Fellow interrailers. Hope someone can help, we are not able to book a only reservation ticket from Nimes to Bruxelles. It shows no price available and to try again or find alternate route. This is the best route we have but are not able to book via the website or app. Is there an alternate way to book the same route - maybe call TGV or some other option to do offline?? I’m in Paris. I want to pick up someone from the airport CDG. I’m in Gare De Nord. Are there any trains that can get me there and back? I have the one month pass and she has the 10 day pass. Every time I try and book travel it says it’s not in the network. It has worked in every other country and city but not Paris? Can someone explain why.
Hi everyone, i need some help with reservations for me and a friend for trains in Norway, I added my friends to my trip with their Mail and their order number. We all have the mobile pass, however when I want to make a reservation, the prices are unavailable. Since we have a really long trip we would like to sit together.I have already contacted customer service via Facebook and the email address has not yet received a response.Thank you for you help!
Hello, I wanted to start travelling the 30th of january. Now I see I activated my pass the first of january by accident. I didn’t add a journey neither I travelled. I wasnt aware that my pass already was activated. So if I understand it well, My pass will be expired before I even start to travel and I will lose the money. I tought the pass would start from the moment you add your first journey… can you please help me? thanks a lot. Greetings
So, I am traveling from Stuttgart to Barcelona on the 31st of January. Here are the trains I use. For the first two, I already made the reservations online. But the last one (Lyon-Barcelona) I can only book as a paper reservation, but It won't arrive until the 31st.I already went to the traveling agency of Deutsche Bahn, but they told me to book this train online.What can I do here?Can I buy a reservation at the train station in Lyon, on the day of departure?Or how I can get into contact with renfe or sncf for this case?Thank you in advance :)
Hello! So I have a problem trying to book a train. On the Rail Planner app, it's saying that a reservation is required for the train from Copenhagen to Stockholm, but when I go to book it with the Rail Planner app,it doesn't show the reservation option as it used to do before when I needed to book trains... I have tried multiple times to book a reservation and get the message from the screencap below. I have also tried booking through travel.b-europe.com, though when trying to book there, it states that booking there is “only valid for Eurail/Interrail passes in paper format (not for digital passes).” I am in the U.S.A. and I don’t have any paper passes; only digital. Is there any other way possible to book the reservation?
I’ve tried planning my route using the rail planner app but can’t seem to find any night trains. Some of the train journeys I’ve chosen are quite long (7-8hrs) and no option for a night train is available. I don’t really want to be going on long journeys during the day so a night train is the best option, does anyone know how to find a night train if it doesn’t show on the app or anything that means I don’t have to travel long hours during the day. Thanks.
Dear Interrail Support Team,I again have another issue with the confirmation E-mail that I should have reveived after I payed for my ticket. It’s now the second time already that I payed for my ticket but I havent received any E-Mail yet with my Pass Number. I’ve already had to postpone my departure because without the E-Mail with the Pass Number I wasnt able to add the mobile pass to my phone.I already contacted the Support once and they told me to refund the ticket where I lost 40 Euros but now that it happened twice already I demand that they send me my Pass number with which I can finally start my travels.I’ve also already tried to login into my account and resent the Confirmation E-Mail but I haven’t received my Pass Information yet.I will contact the Support Team again because I dont wanna waste anymore of my time and I hope theissue resolves itself but I want to ask you guys what can I do now. Btw I refuse to cancell the order just to order it again because I´ve already lost 40
Hello! I bought 2 mobile pass but I am not able to add them on the app. It says “Something went wrong, we couldn't load your Pass details. Make sure you are online and try again.”I am online, the pass has not expired and is not added to another device. I’ve retried several times but it’s not working. I’m travelling morning 27th of October so I need help soon. I’ve been in contact with the TRAIN-E and through that “human agents” by email, but they might not answer within 7 business days - that’s why I’m writing here. Can anybody help me?

StockholmBerlinAmsterdamLjubljana MostarSkopjeThessaloniki PiraeusMykonos Has someone done a similar trip or even now if it’s possible to implement? I find routes from Stockholm-Berlin-Amsterdam and also from Thessaloniki Piraeus-Mykonos but I’m really struggling with the ones in the middle😕 I am also wondering if someone knows how to easiest book reservations? For Stockholm-Berlin I can’t do it in the app and can't find any other website. If you have any tips, experiences och solutions please PM me or comment below🥰🌻
It is very unfortunate that TGV LYRIA is charging outrageously expensive prices for the journey from Bellegarde (FR) to Geneva (CH)Paris - Bellegarde = 10 euros (1st class and 2nd class)Paris - Geneva = 27 euros (2nd class) and 57 euros (!) euros (1st class)For a ride of +- 30 minutes such a big price difference ... between Bellegarde - Geneva.
Hey, I‘m struggling on booking seat reservations for the TGV in France. I‘m on the Website of french railway and clicked the Box „Seat reservation (I already have a pass)“ but when I continue I can only book complete tickets. Where can I book Seat reservations only? I want to go from Paris to Marseille and from Nice to Paris. Thanks in advance!
