I loved the train from Kiruna to Narvik during the Scandinavia Interrail trip I did together with a friend. It's just beautiful to look at all the nature for hours, my friends swears she even saw moose :D

The trip of my dreams is to go to Italy via the French Riviera, passing through Marseille, Nice, and Genoa, and then travel around Italy, enjoying its cuisine and visiting the city of Venice.

It’s been one of my dreams since I was little. A trip like this by train would allow me to enjoy many beaches and historical places in different towns.

The Flam railway in Norway, travelling across country from Oslo to Bergen including the boat down the fjords has to be the best. I also love the south Devon coastal train, almost in the sea!

I’ll share slow train trip - the one that I used to jump that took the coal from Shipley Colliery to Stanton Ironworks - what a journey!

My favorite train ride is always the one between Fussen and Kaufbeuren, because I get to look at the Alps and take in the mountains i have just hiked, and because it means that I am about to see my best friend, whom I can only meet a couple times a year in the region

As a Harry Potter fan I have to say that the The Jacobite Steam Train, between Fort William and Mallaig in the Scottish Highlands, is still high on the bucketlist!

My favourite train rides probably were the Golden Train and the Flåmsbanen in Norway, because the view and nature were just amazing! I would so love to see other scenic routes such as the panorama trains in Switzerland. I just love the mountains and everything with a good view.

I didn’t do it yet but I want to visit my erasmus friends .

and because I have a lot from Belgium to Latvia the easiest way to do that is by train and interrail is the best option to do it. I already did an interrail and it was amazing, one of the best experience I ever done.

the line north from york with views east to the white horse, and then beyond newcastle-upon-tyne along the coast up to berwick-upon-tweed is still my favourite.

I would love to visit the Balkans, even though I am from Romania, I didn’t had the chance, only Bulgaria, and I think that I need to discover the rest for sure. So Serbia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro-Albania-North Macedonia would be quite an adventure.

A special journey for me was the sleeper train from Stockholm, Sweden, towards Narvik, Norway. I travelled through the night, rocked to sleep in my own comfy little bunk bed. Every time I peeked outside the window there was more and more snow with some drifts even higher than the train! Early in the morning the train passed through the Arctic Circle and I arrived at my destination Abisko, for aurora hunting and snow angel making.

Loved the train routes in Norway, which were all amazingly scenic and beautiful - my personal favourite being Trondheim - Bodø. Did the trip in February and it was pure winter wonderland! ^^

It would be nice to visit Greece as my next destination. I really need some sun and ocean.

My favorite slow travel route is from Paris to Marocco by train and ferry.

My favorite train journey has to be from Lausanne to Lucerne through Interlaken in Switzerland and I got to see the most amazing views of the mountains and blue waters! We also stopped along the way to hike up in the mountains and saw the best views you could imagine getting from a train station!

The morning Eurocity service from Zagreb to Munich from Croatia through Slovenia, Austria and finally into Germany. Leaving the Balkans by snaking along the winding River Sava through Ljubljana and onto Jesenice passing the famous Lake Bled and through the tunnel where the greenery of Slovenia gives way to Villach, the ski slopes and snow tipped Austrian Alps before passing through Salzburg and arriving into Munich for dinner.

Along the southern coast of France, into Italy. Beautiful weather, clear blue skies and great company. With a view of the Italian Riviera, also traveling through Monaco… the perfect summer feel!

My favourite journey was probably from Budapest to Brašov. It’s a very cosy overnight train and in the morning you are greeted by the beauty of the Romanian Carpathians.

It’s hard to choose, but I really enjoy went I start seeing the Alps from Basel to Grenoble on my way home. It feels welcoming and helps me prepare for the holidays.

I’d love to take the train up north in Sweden, visit the Norvegian fjords too. Otherwise, Italy and Croatia!

I have always wanted to do the train through the black Forrest in Germany, it looks glorious and I hope to be able to achieve this dream one day

My best train ride so far was from Genoa to Marseilles. Right along the water, hugging the Côte d'Azur. From the upper deck of the regional two-story train, you had a magnificent view of the Mediterranean.
