Activation date vs first date of travel

Hi all!

I bought my 1-month global pass on 10 May 2022, so I understand that I must activate it by 9 April 2023.

I only want to travel for 3 weeks, so can I activate my pass from 9 April but make my first journey on 13 April?

i.e. is there any requirement to travel on the ‘activation date’? I have a mobile pass.
