Hi Jaakko, OeBB communicated to us that reservation was mandatory on the Verona to Munich train. You can try to travel without it but at your own risk. You can book via Eurail, DB or OeBB your reservation. Be mindful, a supplement also applies on the Italian part. Cheers,
Hi Pernille, OeBB communicated to us that reservation was mandatory on the Bologna to Munich train. You can try to travel without it but at your own risk. For the Copenhagen-Basel and Salzburg-Copenhagen routes, you can booked as suggested above. Cheers,
Hi Silvia, he you decide to change the schedule, you can delete the journey that you wish to reschedule (maintain a pressure on the specific journey, the delete option will show) and you can simply add another journey to "My trip” that is matching your new schedule. I hope this helps. Best, Marion
Hi Karl, Good to mention that for the Nimes-Barcelona can also be booked it via Interrail and reservations will be sent to you via mail. Cheers,
Hi Adrian, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Indeed we had some technical issues with confirmation emails. Can you reach our Customer Service? They will help you with it. Cheers,
Hi Max, Indeed you need to activate your pass before your turn 28 years old (so on the 10th of May at the latest). For this you will need to use a travel day. Hopefully our customer service will be able to give you further guidance . Cheers,
Hi Andy, Interrail doesn't have a Rail&Fly offer. Maybe you can reach directly Qatar Airlines or DB's customer service? I hope this helps. Cheers,
Hi Danielle, you can use up 2 of your travel days for inbound/ outbound journeys to leave your country at the beginning of your trip or to go back back home at the end of your trip. For each inbound/ outbound journey you can use as many trains as necessary to reach your destination as long as it fits into one travel day. I hope that helps. More information can be found here. Cheers,
Hi 4ryansanders, Eurostar trains tend to be very booked and packed, so it could be that these trains don’t have seats anymore for pass holders. You can give it a train on the b-europe website as mentioned above, but you will need a pass cover number. You can request one here.
Hi Joostvangrinsven, We encourage you to book Thalys and TGV reservations as much in advance as possible as these trains can get very crowded, especially around summer time. Cheers,
Hi btravel, Unfortunatly Eurostar is temporarily redirecting Eurail and Interrail pass holders to Eurail for reservations. As for the pass cover number, one has been provided via a private message. Cheers,
