Hi,
I was planning on several days of train travel and got really unlucky as it was the same days as the recent German train strikes! I’d like to if possible extend my pass by a couple days or at least one, as all my travel plans got pushed back and now I would have to pay for the last days of my trip. I contacted Twitter and got a quick response but they didn’t quite get it, I didn’t need extra trip vouchers but rather an extension of the last date I can use a pass on.
it would be really great to get an answer on how likely this is before Sunday because otherwise I cannot plan.
Does the community think this is a realistic/reasonable request or should I give up and ‘eat the loss’?
