Hi, I’ve sent an e-mail more than 2 weeks ago about my trip to Barcelona and probably ‘ve bought the wrong pass. Besides a confirmation of receiving my e-mail I still haven’t received an answer. By now I’ve also bought a global pass cause I thought at least than I can book my trainseats. But now still the texts ‘not available for some travellers’ and ‘pass not valid ‘ appear. So by now I have spent €440,- on passes and almost 3 weeks on searching, emailing and waiting and I still don’t have the traintickets I need (Nijmegen - Barcelona ) and vice versa. Can someone help me out? How on earth do I reach Interrails customer service??

When planning my trip It shows ''not available for some travellers'' and ''pass not valid''. What to do?

It is likely that your pass’ validity did not match with your desired routes, ie. if you purchased a One Country Pass and wished to make reservations for travel beyond the borders of the selected country. Our customer service team currently has a significant workload, but please feel free to reach out to me if this has not been resolved yet.
