I noticed this morning that my account on Eurail.com and the Eurail Rail Planner app are not matching. For example, my trips don't match on both platforms and the seat reservations I made and paid for on the website don't show up on the app. Did I do something wrong? How should I fix this? Thanks!

Correct, reservations are completely separate and do not show up in the app. In addition, they can be made in many places so often that would not be possible anyway, since the app has no way of knowing.
