Buen día! Podrían decirme si compro un Pase Global para dos personas, uno de los viajes podré utilizarlo para ir de Amsterdam a Munich viajando de noche (para ahorrar tiempo y gastos de hotel) y si así fuera, cuánto tiempo hace y a qué hora llega del día siguiente!

Sure you can do that. It will take only one travel day. Check timetable and reservation prices on tickets.oebb.at. To book a reservation, do NOT choose "Seat reservation only” but add the Interrail/Eurail discount and then select "One-way tickets and day tickets”.
If this is your only journey, then it's better to buy normal ticket, from the same website.
Book early, since night trains are very polular.

+1Gracias! Mi duda es si, al comprar el pase de Eural por 10 días con aticipación (desde ahora, por ejemplo, queda garantizado para octubre nuestro viaje nocturno Amsterdam - Munich, ya solo pagando la reserva de asientos??

You can book your reservation now if you want and then indeed your reservation is guaranteed.
