I want to book Eurostar for March 2026. The train times are on the Eurostar website but the app is telling me that they do not have details of the timetable yet because it is too early and I need to wait.

You can't book reservations in the Rail Planner app.
Eurostar is best booked on www.raileurope.com (no extra booking fees). Use "Add rail pass” and always set currency to euro to avoid Rail Europe's 5% mark-up for other currencies.
