Bought global passes but no seats available online

We purchased global passes but there are no seat reservations available. Is there another way to book? Can we get a refund of the pass?

1.there are many other ways to get REServations-and of course, needless to say: it all also depends on the when and where.

2.depending on your planned route there may not actually be that many alternatives available as training-except the overpriced US way of thinking: rentacar

3.if refund are possible-always less admin. fee, depends on type and from who you bought it-its always via seller. Again needless to say: read condiitons. And even if: it will take monthes before money to come back
