Hi both, If you have accessed your account with the same email address and password entered during Pass purchase, you would be able to see your own details filled out already. Elsewise, you can click on your account at the top-right corner of the page and select "My Trips and Travelers" and add your own Pass by selecting "I purchased my Pass on Interrail.eu. In case you still experience issues, please contact our Customer Support team directly via customerservice@eurail.com or any of the other contact options listed here: https://www.interrail.eu/nl/support
