Hi - I’m having trouble adding the second traveler in my party.  After entering the surname and mobile pass number on this page (I am certain both are correct), I receive the error message in the second screenshot below.  I see that others have had similar problems, but cannot see that there is any other resolution other than to contact customer service.  Is contacting customer service the only solution to this issue? Thanks!

I'm afraid so.

However, Eurail isn't the only place where you can make reservations. There are lots of others, usually cheaper. Which one(s) are the best depends on the train to book.

Hello - after a few more attempts, this issue seems to have resolved itself and I was able to add the second traveler.
