The seat reservation site is broken. The date shown on the itineraries when searching is different from the search query, e.g. when I search for tickets on October 15 the list of itineraries shows October 14. Because of this, I booked two itineraries with the wrong date.
I have messaged support many times and was told it would take 2 weeks to respond. This is urgent, so I’m here. Please help me fix these reservations ASAP.
