I am trying to get into my Eurail pass to book trips but I need my Pass#. I have the confirmation email with an order # but don’t see another number . I tried en tereing the order # but it did not accept. The chat is useless and I can’t find the Pass #

Do you have a paper pass or a mobile pass? For the mobile pass, the mobile pass number should be in the confirmation mail.

Are you trying to make reservations? In that case, some websites want to see a pass cover number, which is on the cover of a paper pass, or which you can request from customer service if you have a mobile pass. They're very busy though, so it may take a while. There are also many other ways to book reservations, see e.g. this general overview or this thread with additional info.
