I’ve got a reservation from Venezia S. Lucia via Milan P.Garibaldi to Paris Gare De Lyon on Sat 30th. This train stops in Verona. Can I just board the train in Verona instead of Venezia S. Lucia or do I need to change the reservation?

according to international rules, a reservation is only valid if claimed within 15 mins after departure. But as it is a global price (I assume) only people with reservations can board, and so, your seat can’t be taken. So practically speaking you should be fine with just boarding in Verona. If you want to be sure, better ask at an italian train station if they can change the reservation. Where have you bought it?
