I can’t book any seat reservations because it won’t let me add my mobile ticket. My last name includes an ä. On the ticket itself the ä is depicted as a question mark but when I copy that directly out of my email confirmation it tells me I can only use a-z.
I also tried to do ae, an a or just leaving it out but then it just tells me that it can’t find my pass.
Please help me! :(
